• If you receive item faulty, please send an email to info@ofnjewelry.com including images within 3 days of parcel received date. we will discuss possible options.

• Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after 14 days of the parcel received date.

• We do not offer returns or refunds of earring for hygiene purposes.

• We do not offer returns or refunds for the wrong size ring. Re-sizing costs fall to the customer.
